Product Leadership
Served as the de facto team lead for FlareTag (formerly Social Badge), a digital badge builder for event organisers. Coordinated across design, frontend, backend, DevOps, QA, and sales tracks, led all check-in presentations, built documentation templates the entire team used, and maintained top-ranked ClickUp tickets throughout.
Product Concept
Conceptualised a Mixed Reality product addressing a real-world user pain point, drafted the full requirement set, and built a visual pitch deck walking through the VR integration. Praised by mentors for practical use cases, well-covered edge cases, and strong slide storyboarding.
Market Research & UserFlow
Researched the top digital products in the Netherlands. Identified a feature gap and proposed a unique variation for the DigiD app. Mapped the full user flow for the new feature and built a prototype to visually represent how it functions.
Technical Requirements
Developed the TRD for FlareTag, detailing the authentication system, database schema, API integrations, and backend logic needed for the build. Included a dedicated design handoff section covering UI/UX assets, wireframing requirements, and how design intersected with the technical constraints.
Product Review
Reviewed SkillBridge as an external lead PM, assessing product direction, execution structure, prioritisation, and delivery readiness. Delivered an approval decision with supporting audit across five dimensions.
Sprint Prioritisation
Inherited a chaotic product backlog with 15 engineering sprint points and five competing features. Applied a prioritisation framework to score and cut the backlog, then wrote a stakeholder pushback memo defending the decision with data.
Voted as the best assistant team lead and most hardworking intern by fellow HNG i14 Cohort interns across all tracks.
Led Team FlareTag to top the HNG product leaderboard for three weeks running across check-in presentations and milestone evaluations.
FlareTag's ClickUp tickets, PRDs, and weekly goal systems were rated the top documentation in the cohort.
